Alastair is the founder of Finanze Group and the driving force behind Finanze Strategy. His career has been shaped by identifying opportunity where others see complexity and by connecting strategy, capital and execution around real commercial outcomes.
Within Finanze Strategy, Alastair leads the assessment of investor objectives, value-creation routes, acquisition structures and funding options. His wider experience across global finance, property, lending, brokerage and business building informs a practical approach to title splits, lease extensions, below-market-value acquisitions, refurbishment, commercial property and other specialist strategies.

Marie is Chief Operating Officer of Finanze Group and plays a central leadership role across Finanze Strategy. She brings operational clarity, process discipline and a strong client-journey focus to the way investor mandates are handled.
